مصنع أغذية يقلّص زمن فسح منتجاته عبر المنصة

A food manufacturer in Jeddah has reported a marked reduction in the time taken to clear new products, after moving its laboratory testing, conformity certification and regulatory documentation onto the Laboratory Incubator platform.

Previously the factory contacted laboratories individually, tracked samples by email and assembled its technical file by hand for each regulatory submission. Routing the work through the platform gave the quality team one request per product, live status on every sample, and a single store for test reports, conformity certificates and correspondence with the authorities.

"The gain was not only speed," the factory's quality manager said. "It was knowing, at any moment, exactly which test was outstanding and who held it."

أفاد أحد مصانع الأغذية في جدة بانخفاض ملحوظ في الزمن اللازم لفسح منتجاته الجديدة، بعد نقل فحوصاته المخبرية وشهادات المطابقة والوثائق النظامية إلى منصة حاضنة المختبرات.

وكان المصنع يتواصل سابقاً مع المختبرات بشكل منفرد ويتابع العينات عبر البريد الإلكتروني ويجمع ملفه الفني يدوياً لكل طلب نظامي. وبتوجيه العمل عبر المنصة، حصل فريق الجودة على طلب واحد لكل منتج، وحالة مباشرة لكل عينة، ومستودع واحد لتقارير الفحص وشهادات المطابقة والمراسلات مع الجهات المختصة.

وقال مسؤول الجودة في المصنع: "لم يكن المكسب في السرعة فقط، بل في معرفة الفحص المتأخر والجهة التي لديها العينة في أي لحظة".
