Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Products marked as refundable may be returned within the period stated on the product page, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-synthesised chemicals, made-to-order reference materials and bespoke laboratory furniture.
• Reagents, culture media, chemicals and sterile consumables once the seal is broken, and any item whose cold chain has been interrupted.
• Hazardous and controlled chemicals, which cannot be returned through the marketplace and must be disposed of under the applicable waste regulations.
• Installed systems — fume hoods, safety cabinets, cold rooms, pure water and gas systems, laboratory furniture — once commissioning and qualification have been accepted.
• LIMS and software licences once activated.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or does not match the agreed specification, report it from your order page within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. The supplier must replace, repair or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. For institutional orders settled against an invoice, the credit is issued against the account. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return results from a supplier error.
