How the marketplace, the service requests and the accreditation programmes work.

A specialised global digital platform for the laboratory sector. It brings together a marketplace for laboratory equipment and supplies, twenty core services covering testing, inspection, calibration, accreditation, training and digital transformation, and a partner network of suppliers, laboratories, experts, training providers and accreditation bodies.

There are six account types: suppliers, laboratories, experts, training providers, accreditation bodies and customers. Each has its own registration form capturing the information relevant to that role — product categories for suppliers, accreditation scope and services for laboratories, areas of expertise for experts, and so on.

Open the service you need from Our Services and submit the online request with your technical requirements and any documents. The platform routes it to the accredited laboratories able to deliver it, you compare offers on scope, turnaround time and price, and then track samples and results from your dashboard.

Yes. The marketplace covers twenty-four categories, from instruments and chemicals to furniture, ventilation, LIMS licences and maintenance contracts. You can add items to your cart and check out, or submit a Request for Quotation when your procurement needs a formal offer.

Yes. Universities, hospitals, factories, research centres and government entities can use group purchasing, turnkey laboratory supply, consolidated invoicing and annual maintenance contracts. Add your commercial registration and VAT numbers to the billing section so quotations and invoices are issued correctly.

The Accreditation & Quality service covers gap analysis, documentation and quality manuals, method validation and uncertainty estimation, internal audit and management review, and preparation for assessment — across ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 9001, GLP, GMP and CAP. Accreditation bodies registered on the platform then manage assessment, certificate issuance and surveillance.

Reagents, culture media and antibodies move on a temperature-controlled courier so the cold chain is maintained. Acids, solvents and other regulated chemicals ship under hazardous goods transport. Instruments travel as crated freight, with installation and qualification available on arrival. The method and cost are shown before you confirm the order.

The platform is fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with right-to-left support, and prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) by default.
