Shipping is calculated per supplier and per shipping zone. The exact cost and estimated delivery window are shown before you confirm an order.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery — for consumables, glassware, plasticware and small instruments.
• Temperature-controlled courier — for reagents, culture media, antibodies and any item with a cold-chain requirement.
• Hazardous goods transport — for acids, solvents and other regulated chemicals, shipped under the applicable transport rules.
• Instrument freight — crated transport for analytical instruments, autoclaves, cold rooms, fume hoods and laboratory furniture.
• Project delivery — scheduled deliveries aligned to a laboratory construction or fit-out programme.

Installation and commissioning

Many categories — analytical instruments, fume hoods and safety cabinets, cold rooms, pure water and gas systems, laboratory furniture — require professional installation. You can request installation, commissioning, instrument qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration and operator training for your staff when you place the order or submit an RFQ.

Import and customs

For imported instruments and chemicals we can manage international shipping, regulatory clearance, customs clearance, inland transportation and delivery to site. Lead times and any import permit requirements are stated on the quotation.
