How to Order

Laboratory Incubator supports two purchasing paths: buying directly from the marketplace, and submitting a detailed request so that approved suppliers and laboratories compete for your requirement.

Buying directly

1. Create an account, or sign in if you already have one.
2. Browse the 24 marketplace categories, or search for a specific product.
3. Check the specification, the unit of sale and the bulk pricing tiers.
4. Add the item to your cart, choose a shipping method and complete checkout.
5. Track the order from your dashboard until delivery is confirmed.

Requesting a quotation (RFQ)

1. Open the Laboratory Products & Services Request form.
2. Describe the requirement: category, technical specification, quantity, budget and required delivery date.
3. Choose any additional services you need — installation, instrument qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration, operator training, annual maintenance or import management.
4. Attach drawings, specification sheets or tender documents.
5. Submit the request. Our team reviews it and shares it with approved suppliers so you receive comparable offers.

Institutional and government buyers

Universities, hospitals, factories, research centres and government entities can request group purchasing, turnkey laboratory supply, consolidated invoicing and annual maintenance contracts. Add your commercial registration and VAT numbers to the billing section so quotations are issued correctly.
