What we collect

This includes contact details, organisation type, commercial registration and VAT numbers where relevant, delivery addresses and the content of your requests and attachments.

How we use it

• To share your requirement with approved suppliers and service providers so they can prepare offers — this is the core purpose of a quotation request.
• To arrange delivery, installation, training and maintenance.
• To issue invoices and meet tax and regulatory obligations.
• To improve the platform and, where you have opted in, to send news, events and training updates.

Sharing

We share data with the suppliers relevant to your request, with logistics and payment providers needed to fulfil an order, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
